Hello everyone my name is Joefri (Jeff) Yaptengco. You're probably wondering why Yappy.net? My name has always been mispronounced. Joefri was always mispronounced as "Jeffery" so many call me "Jeff". Yaptengco was just given that it would be mispronounced so many called me "Yappy". So all my friends know me as Yappy which I kind of took a liking to it. My email jyapteng@msn.com
